FAQ - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can you include a gift receipt?

All of our orders are sent with only a packing slip that contains no pricing information.

Do you have gift cards/certificates?

At this time, we are unable to offer gift cards or certificates.

How do I cancel an order?

You have 30 minutes to cancel your order after you have placed it, through your customer account. Please contact our customer service department at 855-269-2442 at normal business hours Monday through Friday 8am-5pm PST if you have further questions. Please note, we are not able to cancel orders once they are processed.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, we are available for phone orders Monday through Friday 8am-5pm PST.

The item(s) I wish to purchase are out of stock. How will I know when they are back in stock?

On the product page for the item that is out of stock, there will be an option to be notified. Simply click the blue button that says "Out of Stock Notify Me When Available" and a box will come up where you can fill out your contact information. When the item is back in stock, you will be sent an email to let you know that it is available once again. Please note, sale and clearance items will likely not come back in stock.

Do you have any promotions or promo codes?

To keep informed about promotions and promo codes, please sign up for our email list. We also encourage you to follow us on Facebookand Instagram. All promotions will be announced through these channels. Promo codes cannot be used in combination with other discounts, coupons, promotions, shipping specials, and/or sales items.

Do you price match?

At this time, we do not price match.

SHIPPING

How much is shipping?

Shipping varies based on weight and distance travelled. These rates are stated to us by UPS and are not set or alterable by Barefoot Dreams. All orders over $99 will have free UPS Ground shipping.

When will my order go out?

Our goal is to process all orders placed Monday-Thursday within 24-48 hours. All orders placed Friday-Sunday within 3-4 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.

When will I receive my order?

Please refer to the tables on http://www.barefootdreams.com/shipping-options.html 
Most Standard delivery orders arrive within 5-8 business days for in-stock items. You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.

Can you expedite shipping?

Yes, we offer Next Day, Two-Day, and Three-Day service through UPS. Rates will vary based on weight and distance travelled. Expedited orders placed before 11am PDT will depart the same day. Expedited shipping timeframes begin the day following departure (i.e. a Two-Day shipment departs on Tuesday afternoon, but the two-day timeframe will begin Wednesday for arrival on Thursday). More detailed information on timeframes can be found on http://www.ups.com.

Can you ship internationally?

At this time, we are unable to offer international shipping through our webstore.

Can you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

At this time, we are unable offer shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

If I did not purchase the item(s) from BarefootDreams.com, how can I return or exchange it?

Please contact the retailer the item(s) was purchased from directly. Your return or exchange will be subject to the discretion of the retailer from which you purchased the item.

What should I do if I received a Barefoot Dreams® item(s) as a gift and don't know where it was purchased. How can I return or exchange it?

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return/exchange policy?

At Barefoot Dreams, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you are not happy with your Barefoot Dreams purchase, we will gladly refund, exchange or replace it, if returned within 30 days of purchase. All returns and exchanges must be new and unused, unaltered, free from odor and dirt, and in its original item packaging with the company hang tags still attached. Personalized, monogrammed, or altered products will not be accepted for refund or exchange, and gift items may be exchanged only. 

How do I return or exchange an item(s) that I purchased from BarefootDreams.com?

Use any of the following options to return Barefoot Dreams products purchased online.

Before mailing the item you wish to return, please submit a request for a Return Authorization (RA) by sending email to our Customer Service at returns@barefootdreams.com. Make sure to include the original order number which starts with BD_ for the items you wish to return or exchange. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color, or item.

You can also start a return or exchange process by filling out quick ONLINE FORM.

Once your request has been received and processed, a customer service representative will email your RA confirmation as well as a prepaid UPS shipping label to return your merchandise.

Pack and seal your box securely, and ship via a traceable carrier such USPS, UPS or FedEx. Please note that Barefoot Dreams® is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

How will I know when you have received my return/exchange?

We aim to process all returns & exchanges within 7 business days of receiving the package. We will refund the cost of the item(s) and any applicable sales tax. No shipping costs will be refunded unless there are extenuating circumstances. 

All refunds will be credited back to the credit or debit card that was used for the initial transaction within 14 days of receiving the item and processing the return. The time it appears on your statement depends on the individual financial institution. In the event that an item(s) does not meet the Return & Exchange Policy requirements, the item(s) will be sent back to you and additional shipping charges will apply.

CARE AND CLEANING

How do I wash my Barefoot Dreams items?

Please lovingly care for your Barefoot Dreams product to retain the softness. Barefoot Dreams is machine washable, however, our fabrics do not like heat. We recommend washing on a delicate cycle in cold water with a gentle detergent. You may tumble dry on your lowest dryer setting with low heat, but air fluff or flat dry is strongly recommended.  

DO NOT use dryer sheets or fabric softener. This will compromise the softness of the fabric.

How should I store my Barefoot Dreams items?

We suggest storing all robes, wraps and hoodies flat rather than hanging which will make them stretch.
