Barefoot Dreams does not collect sales tax except for orders that are shipped within the state of California. As our merchandise is shipped from Los Angeles, California, we are required by law to collect sales tax based on the Ship To County California address. These rates vary according to California county tax codes.
Unless otherwise specified, product prices already reflect discounts. All offers are limited to stock on hand; no rain checks are available. Not valid on prior purchases, gift certificates, gift cards, taxes or shipping and processing charges. Consumer must pay applicable sales tax. Offer may not be combined with any other sale, discount, code, promotion, coupon and/or any other offer. Promotions have no cash value. Offer cannot be sold or otherwise bartered. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. For changes or cancellations to your order, please contact Customer Service within three (3) hours of placing your order. If the shipment process has begun, we will not be able to make any adjustments to your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. The email will include the tracking number for reference. You may also locate your tracking number(s) and order history through your Barefoot Dreams online account.
If you prefer not to place your order online, you may contact Customer Service to assist you with placing an order over the phone. Our goal is to process all orders placed Monday-Thursday within 24-48, and all orders placed Friday-Sunday within 3-4 business days.
For packages refused by the recipient at the time of delivery a 20% restocking fee will be incurred, or the package re-shipped at the customer's expense
